Speyside Brewery and the press – what the papers have said:

Pianos in Pubs, Speyside Brewery PR P_J

The Press & Jounral shared our Piano’s in Pubs story.  Read the full article here.

Scottish Licence Trade News (SLTN) published a nice welcoming piece when the brewery opened.

The legendary David Ross, The Glasgow Herald’s Highland correspondent for more years than even he cares to remember, gives his take on Seb and the brewery’s back-story. Thank you David!

Seb has been an enthusiastic advocate of business development in others, particularly school leavers, college students and young start-ups. This is a report in our local paper about his partnership with Enterprise Partnership Scotland (EPS), an organisation that mentors fledgeling businesses through residential sessions with motivational presenters. Seb was a beneficiary of the EPS programme, and went on to be the Prince’s Trust Youth Business Scotland’s top young entrepreneur for the North of Scotland.

Another piece in the Herald, this time as a result of the brewery’s support of Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC). Seb launched a beer Bottlenose Bitter (now Amber) to raise awareness of the charity’s work in the Moray Firth. It also raised cash, as a donation was made to the charity for every bottle sold. Last year a four-figure sum was presented to WDC by Speyside Brewery. Article below on the same subject.

Another new beer, this time inspired by a local angler’s famous fly, the Findhorn Killer. The reddish hues of the fly mirrored the new IPA Seb had created, and we were delighted that George Lilley -77 and still fishing at every opportunity – gave us his blessing.

A profile piece by Mark Lammey of the Press and Journal as we expanded production at the brewery.

A business piece about our ground-breaking collaboration with the biggest independent distiller on Speyside, one that led to a unique whisky that’s selling around the world, and our ScotcHop premium beer.

National media love a quirky story. The unveiling of our unique beery bin appeared across a number of titles.

High res free-to-use images of Seb, the beers and brewery operations are available on request.
